today's rainbow breakfast

wow, this morning i was FEELIN' IT! maybe it's the gorgeous spring weather or maybe it's the extra sunshine we're having on these longer days of spring. whatever it is, this beautifully colorful breakfast was calling to me today. and the best part, you can kind of use whatever is available in the fridge + pantry for a balanced breakfast.
